Collective-State Inference: A Computational Organization Theory for Collective-Aware Artificial Intelligence

The current theoretical manuscript develops CSI as a computational organization theory specifying when artificial intelligence may interpret individual, relational, temporal, and contextual evidence as an estimate of a latent condition of a bounded collective.

Current status: Unpublished and currently in journal peer review. Peer review is ongoing; the manuscript has not been accepted, and CSI has not yet been empirically validated.

CSI MCP

An experimental, machine-readable interface to approved CSI resources and pre-inference research checks. The private prototype supports governed retrieval, observation-set validation, and evidence-ledger construction without estimating, scoring, or recommending action on a collective state.

Current status: Private development and evaluation. Public deployment, packaging, licensing, and independent method review remain pending.

A delayed, privacy-preserving prototype that exposes how aggregate website interaction observations are transformed into audience-pattern indicators and candidate evidence.
